Penyebab Internal Server Error ada beberapa:
1. Ada perintah yang anda masukan ke dalam file .htaccess (di folder /home/username atau di /home/username/www dan subfolder dibawahnya) dan bisa jadi penyebab utamanya karena anda memasukan perintah php_flags atau php_values. Untuk mempermudah troubleshooting, hapus/rename file .htaccess menjadi htaccess.txt

2. File atau folder di hosting anda mempunyai permission tidak standar. Standar permission untuk file adalah 644, dan untuk folder adalah 755. Anda bisa mengganti file/folder permissions menggunakan FTP Client / (Legacy) File Manager di cPanel
